Job Description:

The Sales Executive will promote the Company’s assets for rental and sales and will be accountable for the entire sales process. He/She will need to visit clients (new and old) and their project sites or new sites to canvass for business and successfully secure the order. He/She will also need to liaise with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets to the client site. Key Responsibilities

• Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders
• Coordinate between Sales and Production
• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organizes and maintain reference files
• Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• Consolidation monthly sales report
• Any other ad hoc assignments

• Working experience as admin / fresh graduate is welcome to apply, training provided
• Process on customers’ P/O into system
• Verify selling price & part revision is correct
• Inform Director for new part revision & selling price needed
• Follow up with customer on revised PO
• Link Sales order to job traveller into system
• Issue Job Traveller & drawing to production
• Follow the cancelled job traveller & retrieved back from production
• Filling completed job traveller
• Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
• Able to communicate well with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails
• Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides
• Data entry
• Administrative duties (data entry, filing and scanning etc.)

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications for Data Entry

• Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
• Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
• Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately

Sales Supervisor

Good Salary + commission

The Sales Supervisor will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO.
•Develop an effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales.
•To work closely with customers and build long term relationship.
•To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally.
•To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Requirements

•Minimum Poly Diploma in Marketing / Business Studies/GCE 'O' Level.
•Computer literate and posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Good team player with excellent customer service attitude and dynamic.
•Self motivated to work independently.
