• Lead sustainable growth in aerospace & defense aftermarket sales at existing & new customers via channel partners

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Engineering or scientific discipline. In lieu of the degree, 10+ years of experience working within Aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of Sales/Marketing/Applications engineering experience within a related industry
• Highly proficient reading, writing and speaking English and experience of communicating in English within large multinational organizations
• Be able to travel internationally. A minimum of monthly within the APAC region (excluding China) and at least twice a year intercontinentally (Typically US/UK)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of aerospace regulatory requirements and airline maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of filtration principles and products used in industrial applications.
• Experience of working within the commercial airline industry

General Accountability
Reporting directly to VP Sales, APAC, this role is responsible for driving new product sales and overseeing the development of Service & Solution (S&S) activities within the region. The role will play a key part in executing Manitou's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global direction, and driving sales growth. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with Manitou’s overall vision.

Education
