Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with products and services.

3. Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the management team for product/service improvements.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A valid and up to date driving license is required.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
