The Role

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Commercial Operations Executive to join our team! If you're digitally savvy, organized, and have a flair for content marketing, social media, and basic design, this role is for you. You'll be at the forefront of boosting our brand's online presence, supporting event branding, and engaging with our audience. From managing social media and our website to assisting with event sponsorships and handling simple design tweaks, you'll be a key player in shaping our digital world. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content Marketing

• Develop and execute engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create high-quality content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
• Utilize analytics to optimize content and ensure engagement aligns with marketing goals.

2. Social Media Management

• Monitor and manage daily comments and interactions across event social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to foster community engagement.
• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance audience engagement.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to adjust content strategies for continuous improvement.

3. Event Branding and Sponsorship

• Assist in developing and executing event branding strategies and materials to maximize brand exposure.
• Support sponsorship initiatives by managing sponsor relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment with partner brands.
• Assisting with timely execution of event branding and program plans.
• Supervising on-site setup and tear-down activities with suppliers to maintain branding and commercial elements.

4. Corporate Website & Social Media Maintenance

• Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand guidelines.
• Develop a consistent schedule for social media posts, website updates, and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.

5. Design & Creative Support

• Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templates or create simple graphic assets for marketing use.

6. Additional Support:

• Handling ad hoc duties as required to support the event’s commercial and branding objectives.

Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, and presentations.

• Dedicated, self-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving successful event outcomes.
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Location: Mega at Woodlands

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday, may be required to work beyond normal hours)

- Coordinate & handle customer related issues (customer service, service recovery, after-sales support, business concerns & payment)

- Manage & follow up enquiries from customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer support and resolve issues

- Assist in sourcing of new opportunities, including cold calling and networking

- Work with internal teams to address operational issues and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for our customers

- Generate sales quotations and sales report

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- At least 1-year relevant working experience

- Knowledge of using MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint...), outlook

- Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure, able to work independently under minimal supervision

- Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive working attitude, willing to learn, team player

- Good command in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Job Responsibilities:

--Primarily responsible for selling wood doors and flooring.
--Make calls to schedule client appointments and invite them to the showroom.
--Occasionally meet with clients for discussions.

Worker Requirements:

--Relevant experience required.
--Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin& English speaking clients.
--required to use a computer to generate invoices and respond to emails.
