• Develop the overall commercial strategic plan, to defend existing business and to capture new business opportunities for FFE Asia in SEA, to ultimately drive revenue growth at a sustainable margin
• Accountable for P&L of FFE Asia SEA, good management of vitality, adoption rate & growth ambition for the region, and drive and accelerate our market share growth with priority on regional clients like Wipro and other emerging brands.
• Identify and prioritize new business and specific customer opportunities through the establishment of internal and external networks, and through the sourcing and application of good market intelligence.
• Work and partner closely with project management team composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical, consumer insights and marketing professionals.
• Work closely with other FFE Asia team members in China and India, creating synergies between sub regions connecting with FFE Asia PLU leader and leading a high performing & strong collaborative culture within the teams.

You bring

• At least 10 years of solid track record in account management
• Ability to provide strategic and clear direction and build a high performing team
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Business Economics, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
• To lead and inspire the local commercial team to drive strong performance and account plans
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, with high ethical standards in all interactions
• Be a role model as a leader and ability to coach and nurture the team

• In Charge of Company Indian Sales & Indian market development
• Responsible for Company Indian market Sales Target by Management

• Reporting to the Director, you will get to build and execute business plans in the Key Off Trade Accounts - Modern trade in frozen food & traditional channels in Singapore
• Liaising and developing relationship with new Indian customers.
• Attending to Indian customer’s request and provide prompt account servicing
• Ensure the availability of stock for Indian market sales and demonstrations
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Drive Sales Growth & Hardworking

Requirements:

• Candidate with Degree and above most welcome
• Preferably F&B sales experience in wet market or other equivalent area.
• Out-going personality
• Has driving licence and own car(preferred)
• Own vehicle ,allowance will be given
• Result oriented,sales driven
• Minimum 10-15 years experience
