• Measure and reiterate on email deliverability improvement efforts.

Part 4: Measurement

• Work with our measurement team to set up and use PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or another data visualization tool to report daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and performance of the email channel. Knowledge of such tools is a bonus skill but not required as long as you are open to find resources online to learn on your own.
• Analyze data and derive key insights to direct email marketing efforts. This involves slicing and dicing data in different ways daily. You will receive guidance to improve your analytical thinking skills.
• Measure the success of all initiatives and develop proficiency in first-click and last-click reporting and lift measurement.

Part 5: Building email list and designing conversion sequences

Marketing Operations Specialist (SG) 

12 Months fixed term contract

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the most prominent Technology brand in supporting APAC workstreams. You will manage the planning and operational processes for the team, including budgeting, headcount management, and marketing promotional strategies and campaign operations. This role focuses on campaign operations, retail marketing, and marketing promotions.

Responsibilities: 

• Support marketing projects and initiatives for the team - including e-commerce and onsite retail marketing projects. 
• Help in annual and quarterly planning, including budget and headcount processes; identify and develop key operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner across the broader Marketing organisation and sales teams to implement, maintain, and continuously optimise operating models meant to focus on ways of working between teams.
• Constantly find opportunities to streamline, connect and simplify approvals, create best practices and share learnings. 
• Help manage large-scale e-commerce marketing content initiatives with multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic environment. 
• Work with stakeholders and agencies on processes and guidelines for projects.
• Manage and lead projects and efforts between multiple stakeholders - partner agency, client, and own teams. Facilitate a good feedback process for campaign workflow optimisation.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency working on technology or consumer-led projects and clients 
• Experience with marketing operations across online and offline channels (e.g., website, mobile, retail stores, onsite promotional campaigns), managing launch timelines, and launch programs across diverse markets for the online space
• Ability to synthesise launch schedules and effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across different teams
• Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers, and the ability to deliver projects on time with high accuracy
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage diverse high-visibility priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare, maintain, communicate, and coordinate diverse commercial administration in support of all sales activities.
• Materials will include price lists, quotations, product specifications, datasheets, Technical Service Enquiries, sales master data, and other documentation as required by systems, companies, agents an customers
• Maintain, communicate and coordinate internal online ordering platform.
• Support and communicate closely with other departments, maintaining records of sales data and promotly assist customer enquiries. 
• Own the customer relationship for designated customers/territories including price setting within defined limits.
• Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquiries. Informing customers of pricing and otl contractual conditions within agreed guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and take the decision when to escalate issues for approval plan and prioritise daily workload within guidelines.
• Regular direct contacts with customers requiring appropriate commercial sensitivity and communication style of the customer relationship.
• Broad knowledge of systems & processes (e.g. ERP, CRM). Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement administrative systems

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant.
• Technologically savvy – proven experience as administrator of online ordering platform/ system, able to navigate backend settings and troubleshoot order variance.
• Experience working in MNC organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Contract role for 1 year, subject to renewable and convertible to permanent.
