Job Responsibilities :
The Global Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and activations from global-level, and regional-level supporting local country marketers to drive brand engagement and revenue opportunities from targeted customer segments. The specialist is required to work closely with Razer Gold Global and Regional Marketing teams, Creative Design, Content Managers, Product, Engineering and Operations team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Marketing ownership of projects - driving end user demand generation from user acquisition and revenue growth to reporting efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and spend
- Identify, document, and propose market and gamers requirements, and innovations through frequent engagements with global and regional stakeholders.
- Develop go-to-market plans with compelling and unique ideation to grow Razer Gold customer base and spend
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to others
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing global activities such as promotions and product launches
- Developing and implementing communication strategy with Razer global marketing and content teams for press social and community engagements
- Work with product and business development team to develop and manage product literature, presentation, and sales enablement materials for Business teams
- Prepare all necessary documents, legal requirements and brand approvals required for marketing activities
- Assist to oversee other areas of marketing such as social media management when required to ensure business continuity for Razer Gold
- Support the Global marketing team with EDM planning and execution
Pre-Requisites :
- Minimally 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer payments, e-commerce or gaming industry
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and work with a rapidly changing environment whilst inspiring excellence from every stakeholder, including business partners.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management
- Experience with data tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
- Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
- Self-motivated and a passion for mobile and PC games
- Team player, and also able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in the gaming industry is an added advantage.
