What you’ll be doing...

This Regional Sales Director will lead Account Executives responsible for some of our most strategic customers. You will drive sales growth within Salesforce’s largest customers for the Marketing Cloud product. The Leader is responsible for defining strategies for growing revenue, identifying enterprise-wide opportunities, and successfully running at both the strategic and operational levels. You are the face of the company - comfortable calling on all levels of the C-Suite and managing new and ongoing relationships with senior executives

• Maintain and improve the Marketing Cloud differentiated value and drive year-on-year growth in our business through growing sales in our existing customer base and developing & executing strategies for landing new customers.

• Ensure internal processes are followed, including the team’s adherence to supervising customer and transactional information in the CRM system and other sales and operational processes. Define new processes to increase overall productivity.

• Regular Market Color Update/Daily Tasks – preparing regular market update/trade ideas, updating/refreshing trading axes, positioning report and flow report
• Post-trade Processing - assist in post-trade processing – tie-ing out PVs, trade recaps, trade bookings
• Account Onboarding Work: Working with main sales coverage in coordinating and liasing internally and externally on account onboarding tasks
• Other Ad-Hoc administrative work: electronic client onboarding, liaise on trade settlement related issues, creating research access for clients
