JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Sales leads, manages and oversees the room sales, room reservations & event sales for the hotel, ensuring maximisation of revenue. The Director of Sales collaborates & aligns the management team and extended teams to develop & implement strategies that are financially viable for the hotel; and in return, achieve profit & product leadership. JOB SUMMARY

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for contracting and closing local catering and social business and ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Design Job Scope:

• Develop mood boards, create design concepts, and deliver presentations.
• Conduct design and fabric research, source materials, and prepare prototypes for development.

• Oversee photography for social media platforms and ensure websites are regularly updated.
• Stay updated on digital content trends, conduct market research, and perform competitor analysis.
• Coordinate and liaise with media to secure brand exposure and establish relevant partnerships.

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign and engagement analysis reports.
