The Regional Marketing Manager position provides marketing support & leadership to the Country PIVC marketing teams in the region. The candidate is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and tactics, and providing guidance to the country teams to achieve the defined business objectives including market share, revenue and profit goals. The Marketing Manager develops and implements a strategic outlook on the business and is also ready to begin assuming managerial responsibilities.

Job Description

• Manages all aspects of the marketing strategy for the assigned platform and in close alignment with the regional platform marketing leader; is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for the portfolio.
• Drives the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the platform.
• Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.
• Implements, and maintains "best practices" in brand marketing and product development marketing. This includes BD Way of Marketing and leveraging the BD Way of Selling.
• Drives and manages regional marketing activities (and related budget) including :Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
  Pricing – per product per country.
  Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
  Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing
  Regional event strategy – trade shows, conventions, conferences
  Monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets.
  Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
  
• Develops customer relationships in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Strategic Access and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with Key Customers, Hospital Administrators, Advocacy groups and Industry forums to shape relevant policy, practices and clinical guidelines that provide BD with a competitive advantage.
• Keep abreast of CASAJ market trends and be the voice of customer (VOC) to the global product development planning process. Create business cases for new opportunities within the region, engage with the WW platform and applicable country teams.
• Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy or Medicine. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, medical device or diagnostics marketing experience, with proven success.
• Cross functional team experience is required.
• Having Regional experience and matrix organizational experience is preferred
• Self- starter, with ability to plan ahead / envision and ensure timely execution.
• Leadership ability to influence without authority, develop and empower associates to achieve objectives with a team approach including careful delegation of tasks while maintaining responsibility for the final result.

As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. Position Objective

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing the marketing strategy and supporting the promotion of our Holiday Camp and Academy programs. Working closely with the Head of Camp Asia, cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive initiatives that attract and engage customers, increase brand awareness, and maintain our leadership position in the market. Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

· Plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms, focusing on reaching parents and families in Singapore.

· Execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring each campaign is designed to drive awareness, registrations, and brand engagement.

Content Creation

· Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels as well as offline materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners

· Work with design teams to produce visually engaging assets that maintain brand consistency and appeal to our target audience.

Social Media Management

· Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance to drive brand loyalty and engagement.

· Develop and maintain a content calendar that highlights upcoming camps, events, and other relevant content.

Event Coordination

· Organize and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and other on-site activations, ensuring high visibility and community engagement.

· Work with Cognita schools and other partners to host in-person events that promote our programs, interact with families, and build brand trust.

Traditional Advertising and Media Outreach

· Plan and execute traditional advertising campaigns targeting key demographics.

· Liaise with local publication partners to secure press coverage, including writing and distributing press releases to promote camp offerings, special events, and achievements.

Outreach and Partnership Development

· Establish and manage partnerships with Cognita schools, businesses, and community organizations to expand our reach and co-promote our offerings.

· Collaborate with educational institutions, sports clubs, and family-oriented organizations to create joint promotions and referral programs.

Market Research and Analysis

· Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to understand trends, preferences, and potential areas for growth.

· Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and local demographics to provide insights that inform our marketing strategy.

Offline Marketing Collateral Management

· Develop and maintain an inventory of print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and other point-of-sale displays.

· Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely production and distribution of materials across key locations in Singapore, such as schools

Digital and Traditional Campaign Performance Tracking

· Analyze both digital and offline campaign performance, track KPIs, and report results, providing insights for continual improvement.

· Use data-driven insights to optimize both online and offline campaigns, ensuring a balance of reach and effectiveness across all channels.

Digital Library Management

· Oversee and coordinate with a photography and videography partner to capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the year at camps, events, and promotional activities, ensuring a vibrant and accurate representation of our programs.

· Manage the planning and scheduling of shoots, oversee content quality.

· Maintain a well-organized digital library of multimedia assets for use across various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and storytelling goals.

Position Requirements

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with an ability to create engaging, persuasive content for a family-focused audience.
• Campaign Management: Skilled in planning and executing cross-channel campaigns, from ideation through to performance analysis and optimization.
• Creativity and Design Sense: Ability to conceptualize visually appealing marketing materials; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is preferred.
