We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to design and manage automated B2B marketing campaigns targeting our prospect and customer databases. You’ll create and implement automation workflows to improve our Marketing efficiency, streamline processes, and support personalised customer journeys. We’ll rely on you to track and analyse the performance of Marketing campaigns, using Marketo Analytics and other tools to measure key metrics like engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. You’re a resourceful, creative go-getter who is eager to help shape the next phase of Airwallex’s growth.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute targeted global B2B marketing campaigns to new and existing customers via Marketo.
- Manage and maintain Marketing databases, ensuring data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Oversee the integration of Marketo with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), third-party tools, and other marketing technologies to ensure seamless data flow and comprehensive reporting.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and make sure that Marketing automation supports overall business goals.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign elements (e.g., email subject lines, content, call-to-actions), and optimise campaigns based on results.
- Ensure that all Marketing automation activities adhere to industry best practices, as well as legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Work with external vendors and partners to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and leverage Marketo’s full capabilities.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- A track record of building and deploying Marketo programs, especially at a B2B company.
- A strong understanding of data flows and technical limitations among platforms.
- A good understanding of common Marketing tools and platforms e.g. those used to improve paid media performance.
- Strong analytical skills, a data driven orientation, and uncompromising attention to detail.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
- An ability to navigate ambiguity and remain adaptable.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools similar to Workato or Zapier is a plus.
- Adobe Marketo Engage certification and basic SQL skills are good to have.
