Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our innovative solutions to clients in the insurance and property sectors. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: 

Actively prospect for business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn and other channels.

2. Sales and Solutioning:

 Effectively promote and sell our company’s services and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

3. Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding service, maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. CRM Management:

Accurately and consistently update the sales funnel using HubSpot, ensuring all activities and opportunities are well-documented.

5. Sales-Driven Approach: 

Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on numbers and performance.

6. Customer Insight:

 Be an active listener to truly understand customer pain points and objectives, providing value-driven solutions.

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or property sector with Adtech Sales background
2. Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
5. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.

• Carry out market research to identify new tools and software solutions

• Identify and implement the best technology solutions to facilitate the company’s marketing strategy

• Manage the marketing budget and negotiate future software purchases

• Develop a marketing technology architecture

• Maintain company’s website from a technical standpoint

• Oversee the management, maintenance, and updating of the marketing technology tools and systems

• Manage data security and oversee training of technology software and user adoption

• Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields

• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing and technology in a fast-paced environment. Those with experiences working in a family office or private investment firm will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Expert knowledge of major CMS platforms and Google web tools

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer /client service and response

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Office: Near Tiong Bahru MRT | Mon – Fri: 9:30am to 6:30pm
