Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a successful retail manager/sales manager/general manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics/camera industry/luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
