Marketing & Business Development Executive

The Role
As a Marketing and Business Development Executive, your role is to develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to help grow brand awareness. This role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
● Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
● Good understanding of the products and producing content in line with the brand’s standards and brand’s DNA
● Ability to generate and confidently present competitor analysis and reports
● Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
● Liaise with external vendors to ensure completion of all work within the timeline and budget
● Ability to apply marketing knowledge to the company’s marketing communications
● Writing copies for both online and offline marketing collaterals
● Maintain a consistent approach and producing high quality of work
● Identifying new business opportunities by researching market trends and industry shifts
● Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
● Working with internal teams to create strategies that meet market and client needs
● Continuously monitoring the performance of business initiatives and adjusting plans as necessary
● Understanding the company's product positioning in the market and keeping tabs on competitors
● Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and secure new clients
● Organizing and attending events
● To be involved in all marketing-related activities across the team and to support the other departments (eg, hosting clients and giving store tours)
Requirements
● Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing or related studies
● Ability to write well
● Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role will be required for the Executive role
● Candidates with no prior experience would be considered for the intern role
