Responsibilities
• Responsibilities include providing BAU campaign/product support, provide guidance and best practices to all Business Users, co-ordination of enhancements requirements, with an objective to improve on-site user experience and create opportunity to deliver personalised content.
• Project Co-ordination and Support
• Support Website Enhancement Projects, prepare Business Requirement Documents, develop Test Cases, run Tests and Bug Fixes for smooth Project Deployments.
• Provide end to end website content migration support and advise BUs on proper use of templates and content guidelines
• Prepare training documentations and provide the necessary training to ensure BUs are able to work new functions and features.
• Liaise with BUs and Group IT on testing, fixes and deployment
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Skills/Requirement
• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in communications, advertising, marketing or related field
• 1 + years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Project management knowledge is preferred
• Prior Financial Industry digital marketing or website management experience is preferred
• Able to competently handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable to changes and new technologies
