Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and potential segments to drive growth.
• Develop business plans aimed at increasing market share, revenue, and achieving profit goals.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, ensuring progress aligns with targets.
• Prepare and present regular reports for management review.
• Lead and nurture the sales and marketing team, facilitating growth and development within the team.
• Perform other related tasks as required

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Data Center Equipment sector.
• Proven track record of closing sales in Data Center Equipment, with specific references to past projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas.
• Regional (Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand) experience in the Data Center Industry is advantageous.
• Experience in hosting exhibitions is a plus.
• Possession of own transport is required.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Manager role.

The main role for this person is to manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions.

Day to day task:

1. Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
2. Supply Operation :
a) Handle enquiries from Distributors
b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers
3. Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
4. Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
5. Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results

Job Requirements:

· Fresh Graduate in Logistics or with 1 – 2 years working experience in similar job scope

· Effective verbal and written communication skill

· Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills

· Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers

· Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement

· Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)

· Power BI will be an added advantage

· A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management

· Willing to travel to Asia If needed
