We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager, Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing patient acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across both online and offline channels. This role is pivotal in shaping marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and engaging key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Work with Head of Marketing to conceptualize and drive key marketing strategies, and to optimise digital marketing efficacy.
• Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline), focusing on patient/user acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness
• Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral etc
• Drive strategic partnerships to profile the Group’s doctors and acquire new patients
• Manage marketing budget and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor marketing efficacy and ROI
• Manage existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools.
• Active involvement in SEO and SEM efforts and the management of digital marketing agencies
• Conduct data analysis based on Google Analytics to guide the planning and to optimize the execution of the marketing activities

Account Management

• Work closely with the business manager of assigned business units to support the growth of the relevant businesses
• Regular engagement with doctors to develop marketing campaigns and provide post-mortem updates.
• Manage stakeholders through timely submission of deliverables, regular communications and updates on activities and marketing/ patient acquisition metrics

Requirements:

• A good degree in Business and major in Marketing is preferred. Those from other majors with working experience in Marketing are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in account servicing work and stakeholders engagement
• Competent with digital marketing platforms and its associated business functions
• Possess a good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM and has experience in managing digital marketing agencies
• Be updated on the latest digital and marketing trends through self-reading and research on a regular basis
• Experience with graphic design or video production/editing is a bonus,
• Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English. Individuals with strong copywriting will have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once.
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more.
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other types of print and online media.
• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. Frequently encompassing both digital and offline media.
• Brainstorm, plan strategies and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content.

Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication Design, Video or related discipline
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms should be second nature to you (Facebook, IG, Youtube, Tiktok, Google)
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic design and image editing skills.
• Very meticulous, organised and digitally savvy.
• Works well in both team and individual settings.
• Strong command of language, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Big pluses for Video editing knowledge / experience in Hubspot / SEO article writing.
• 5 days work per week.
• 9am to 6pm.

• Assist with executing plans to meet the company’s operational objectives and ensure smooth daily operations at specialist clinics.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand image and increase awareness among target audiences and stakeholders
• Stay updated on current marketing trends and explore new business opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
• Oversee external agencies and vendors to support various marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, digital ads, content marketing, email campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
• Protect the company’s reputation through PR efforts and manage customer feedback across multiple platforms, including emails and Google reviews.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurance partners, and third-party platforms, to generate leads and referrals.

• Singaporeans Only
• Min Diploma in Communication / Advertising / Marcom
• Min 3 years in similar job function.
• Knowledgeable in social media. Experienced in communications, PR, advertising , branding, event management
• Preferable to have basic business acumen & simple data mining skills.
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization .
• Good people skills. Team player and able to demonstrate leadership skills
