Responsibilities:
1. Assist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives of the brand.
2. Manage and enhance the brands, ensuring consistent messaging, design and brand identity across all offline and online touchpoints.
3. Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (e.g. Sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities)
4. Develop and coordinate field marketing and activities collateral.
5. Oversee the brands’ social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu); Maintain regular updates, monitor performance.
6. Generate innovative and creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customers insights and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
8. Handle any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the superior or senior management.
Requirements:
1. Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing will be an added advantage.
2. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Display a detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
