Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in hotel management, investment strategies, and influencer marketing.

• Strong brand management, and product launch experience in China region.

• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in revenue & forecasting tools like Siteminder, Salesforce Hospitality cloud, STR (Smith Travel Research), Duetto, IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Hotstats.

• Business level Mandarin speaking is required, as the candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin stakeholders, and counterparts, on daily basis.

• Experience in managing and leading an offshore team of minimum 5 people in China, Taiwan & Hong Kong region.

We are looking for Retail, Events & Marketing interns to join our team! You will be assisting the Retail & Marketing team in retail operations, sourcing, planning and coordinating our workshops and events, all surrounding the theme of sustainability and eco-consciousness.

With plenty of real-life experience up for grabs, this opportunity will put you right in the heart of the bustling #socialenterprise scene. This role requires the candidate to be resourceful, independent and extremely creative.

Main duties include:

1. Retail operations

a. Including tracking inventory and fulfilment of online and corporate orders

b. Managing our e-commerce platform, including creating and managing product listings

c. Assist with customer enquiries and cashiering duties at the physical outlets

d. Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays

2. Marketing

a. Assist in marketing and social media efforts to spread awareness on our own social mission, as well as the causes supporting by our amazing partners.

b. Helping to plan and create simple Instagram posts and reels

3. Events

a. Assist in event planning, execution and brainstorming

b. Manage RSVP for guest list for events

c. On-site set up and coordination with vendors/clients

4. Administrative

a. Assist in general administrative and data entry tasks

Requirements

· Singaporean or PR, aged 17-25 years old

Objective of role:

As an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L, commercial results, developing and executing growth strategy, all aspects for branding and promoting our local retail stores including all online sales in Southeast Asia (own-and-operated Ecommerce site as well as Marketplaces) to the aspects of the business system.

Key accountability & Responsibility:

· The Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for retail stores, and initiatives to achieve online sales targets (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces) and revenue growth.

· Conceptualization and execution of the integrated marketing program, strategic plan and to work within the annual budget

· Management of the brand's image – including the management of online feedback channel, social channels, and forums.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media, community, influencer marketing to support both retail sales and merchandising team to facilitate retail and website traffic, to increase sales.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of P&L responsibility.

· Good understanding of UI, UX and web development. Although the candidate does not need to be a technician, the candidate will demonstrate the understanding and appreciate solving the critical issues in collaboration with agency partner and retailers.
