• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Proven experience managing supply chain operations. (Preferably in the F&B related Industry)
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your role will encompass responsibilities as part of the Management Drives Asia team as well as the MD Global Marketing team, contributing to regional sales and marketing efforts and aligning with global marketing strategies.

Global Marketing:

• Collaborate with the MDI Global Marketing team to align regional marketing strategies with global campaigns
• Develop and localize marketing materials, campaigns, and content tailored to the Asian market while adhering to global branding guidelines

APAC Marketing:

• Develop and execute the MD Asia marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the APAC region
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, search engine optimization, etc. to attract new partners and clients
• Organise and promote events, webinars, and workshops to showcase MD to potential partners and clients

APAC Sales:

• Identify and recruit new MD-certified partners (coaches, facilitators, and trainers) and corporate clients (HR teams, leadership teams) across Asia
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. MD-certified partners and corporate partners
• Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective use of MD tools and services
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients
• Track and report on regional business development activities, including lead generation, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics

• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns

• Working closely with team and coordinators

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing

• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
