• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that drive business growth.
• Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, email, and content marketing.
• Work with external vendors and media agencies on campaign execution.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Create campaign assets for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Develop monthly/quarterly social media plans and advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the social content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and post engaging content; capture photos and videos of gymnasts as needed.
• Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
