Position Overview

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for the planning and executing the digital marketing strategies to maximise revenue contribution for the Hotel with the support of an appointed agency in the management of Search PPC, SEO, Display Media Campaigns and Brand Websites. The incumbent will need to be aware of the rate strategies and channel performance of the Hotel and apply them in managing the above-mentioned digital touchpoints. A. Managing Brand Equity

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager supports the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and executing luxury lifestyle & F&B retail marketing, PR activations, social media content creation and campaigns with the objective of driving sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury marketing position. This role requires an understanding of retail and digital marketing; public relations; social media management; programmatic & social advertising; and SEO.

Primary Relationships

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience in the luxury retail industry would be a plus.
• Written and spoken native fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
• Proficient but not limited to MS Office, Meta & Google business management platforms, Knowledge of Google AdWords, social media management platforms, e-mail marketing and etc.
