Role: Marketing Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to oversee content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, exceptional content management skills, and a passion for creating engaging campaigns that attract and retain visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand and marketing goals.

• Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, website, in-mall signage, etc.).

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality multimedia content.

• Stay updated on trends in to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Traffic and Engagement Campaigns:

• Plan and implement campaigns to drive traffic and online engagement, including seasonal promotions, events, and special activations.

• Analyze customer behavior and trends to adjust strategies and improve engagement.

Digital Marketing and Analytics:

• Manage social media accounts and optimize digital campaigns

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Drive SEO and content marketing efforts to enhance the mall’s online visibility.

Partnerships and Events:

• Coordinate with external partners, local businesses, and community organizations to host events and promotions.

• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives within the mall.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving maximum ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices (plus but not a must)
• Experience in organizing and promoting events is a plus.
