Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in launching creative marketing strategies to drive membership sign-ups and retain current members.
• Execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels, such as Instagram.
• Collaborate with coaches and members to create authentic and engaging social media content that highlights our classes, community, and success stories.
• Propose and execute content strategies to boost engagement and online presence.
• Support front-of-house duties to deepen product and consumer knowledge
• Be involved in operational tasks to identify areas of improvement for an elevated customer experience

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess These Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, martial arts, or content creation is a plus!
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, TikTok).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
