Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Manager for MRI Centres will oversee and lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the business objectives of MRI Centres.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Management:
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
Marketing Campaigns:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote MRI services to target audiences.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
Customer Engagement:
• Enhance patient experience by incorporating feedback and ensuring high standards of service.
• Organize outreach programs and health talks to educate communities about MRI services.
Budgeting and Reporting:
• Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of campaigns.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and marketing.
• Proven sales record in the healthcare or medical services industry is a must.
• Good knowledge of the healthcare market and referral networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
