Job Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in strategic plan development and execution
• Work with marketing and regional leadership collaboratively to create, manage, and implement cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies such as product launches and promotional product plans.
• Support Product Management teams in the development of market, competitive, and customer insights

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor or doctorate in veterinary medicine, animal nutrition or related discipline with minimum of 10 years’ experience of marketing/product management in pet food industry
• Master of Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a fast paced and multi-cultural team environment.
• An in-depth understanding of the pet food marketplace including pet food producers as well as ingredient suppliers to the industry
• Positive business relationship development in the pet food or an allied industry

JOB SUMMARY:

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for operationalizing/executing the brand’s Marketing and promotional plans with that of the external trade partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and Execute all trade & consumer activities (Department Stores and Sephora) in line with Marketing Plan and Brand Targets
