Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in project sales with a strong track record
• Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing

Job scope:

• Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for the new job or project and work together with project engineer and manager for the quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction and liaise with the client on detail engineering requirements.
• Prepare quotation, budget plan and submission to have approval from project engineer or manager.
• Prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessment.
• Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
• Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
• Handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID.
• Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
• Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any unsafe elements and unhealthy conditions at site.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.

You will support the Marketing function of GrabRentals. As part of the marketing team, you will plan and complete online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and communications.

The GrabRentals Marketing team uses an omni-channel approach to create leads from driver-partners and rider-partners who need to rent the vehicles. Our team also manages the in-app communications for our partners.

The work we do requires a great amount of experience with customer experience, creativity and good marketing skills. We are constantly striving to improve our marketing efforts.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will design and copy-write content for articles, social media, and advertising campaigns, ensuring that marketing content created highlights main product attributes that are relevant to driver-partners
• You will create visually appealing marketing materials (including social media, digital ads, videos) that align with GrabRentals' brand guidelines
• You will maintain GrabRentals webpages and other social media channels
• You will work with team members to improve ongoing ad campaign performance
• You will conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to GrabRentals website
• You will complete in-app communications to target relevant driver-partners
• You will propose ideas to increase GrabRentals' branding
• You will use mass and targeted marketing projects to promote GrabRentals products offerings to the appropriate driver-partners

• Provide quotation based on customer requirement and ensure timely follow up with customers' enquiries

• Review and evaluate existing pricing to ensure they are kept within the profitable margin
• Attend to customers' complaint and feedback
• Maintain good rapport with existing company's customers
• Ensure payment is promptly collected
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in related field
• Preferable with architect/building materials sales experience
• Good working attitude, hardworking, creative and passion in home styling
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
