ROLE
As the face of Destination Beverage for the Professional Clients, you are in charge and credited of the sales generated by the On Trade Channels. Identically, you will be the privileged contact point for Customers and Brands.
You have the responsibility to maintain and grow the sales of the company while ensuring healthy margins, prioritizing the increment of profitability for the company.
You keep a Sales and Leads Report weekly with proposal on how to grow and improve the P&L of each account.
You suggest ideas and supervise the Marketing initiatives, including but not limited to calendar of Promotions, Trainings, Guestshift and other activations.
You train internal team members as well as customers, and you will be proposing beverage programs to outlets.
More specifically, you are looking after Hotels, High Profile accounts (such as Cocktail Bars) and High volume accounts (Celavi and other groups), and from time to time, help on restaurants requiring a specific promo/training/consulting.
You can be required to travel for work and representation overseas (short trips).
PROFILE
In order to sustain and accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with an extensive network in the Beverage Industry, specifically Hotels and Cocktail bars or Restaurants.
The candidate should:
- be proficient in English and another language,
- have solid knowledge on cocktails and beverage programs, ideally built in a previous operational position
- be autonomous yet a team player
- be result oriented with a sense of ownership
- have impeccable presentation
- be great with people with a desire to service and deliver value to his/her customers.
- have analytical skills allowing to assemble proposals based on Market variables and clients specifics
You will be working closely with Brands to launch and promote products.
You have built over the years trustful relationship with the who's who of the trade, but you are still excited in the hunting role.
