Job Scope

• Manage the regional partner's program, including planning annual sales targets,

promotions, marketing plans and partner conferences.

• Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute the in-country marketing plan (sell-in/sell-out, branding, stocking promotion, etc)

• Develop consumer communication toolkits and deploy/guide partners for execution.

• Deliver omnichannel customer engagement campaigns by conducting consumer

research to develop a qualified brand concept and understand consumer preferences.

• Implement lead generation activity at all stages of the consumer buying journey to deliver a seamless online experience through multivariate testing.

• Responsibile for e-Commerce store set up and sale.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing and/or Business.

• Proven track record in partner programs, consumer engagement, social media and e-Commerce.

• Demonstrate experience developing multiple distribution channels and agency

management.

• Strong commercial outlook with the ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.

• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and analytical capability or skill set.

• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. The Marketing Executive research content and consumer trends, develop content strategies, and create content for a variety of businesses in digital media. They work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong background in creating and customizing compelling content to reach out to targeted audiences

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines

• Possess good communication, management, and coordination skills

• Strong understanding of the Singapore marketing landscape will be a plus (e.g. consumer trends, media channels, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify social media marketing trends and develop monthly content strategy, produce content for the required platforms, and schedule content in a timely manner

• Tailor content to different platforms and formats (e.g. static image, infographics, animation/GIF, Facebook/Instagram Stories, microvideos, polls, podcasts, live streams and event coverage)

• Ideate new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms and/or any emerging technologies including growth of Company social media platforms and their online presence

• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, and adopt these for future campaigns

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess campaign trends, prepare data analysis, and identify growth opportunities for clients

• Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets

•Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.
