Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in Singapore’s F&B scene.

2. Branding and Positioning

• Ensure consistent branding that highlights the authenticity and uniqueness of Italian cuisine.
• Collaborate with designers to create compelling visuals and promotional materials for menus, events, and campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage the restaurant's website, ensuring it is up-to-date with menus, events, and promotions.
• Oversee social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create engaging content such as behind-the-scenes videos, chef interviews, and food photography.
• Implement and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

4. Promotions and Campaigns

• Develop and manage promotional activities such as seasonal discounts, festival menus, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with chefs to highlight seasonal Italian ingredients or dishes.

5. Customer Engagement

• Analyse customer feedback from surveys and online reviews to refine marketing strategies.
