Requirements

· Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, communication, business or equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience in events management, PR or social media marketing

· Good command of English (Verbal and Written), and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.

· Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

· Previous experience in e-commence, retail, hospitality / travel, F&B industries are desired and preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts.
• Coordinate involvement from company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and satisfy customer expectations.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer requirements, coordinating necessary company personnel involvement.
