Requirements and skills

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Creativity and commercial awareness

Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Able to work night shift and split shift.

Responsibilities

• Managing and implementing content calendars for various media platforms and outlets, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and web editorials
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including brief and budgeting
• Coordinate and monitor marketing projects from start to completion
• Build a data and research-driven understanding of target audiences –demographic, buying behaviour, life stage, media consumption habits and more – to create creative and marketing and communication campaigns that break the mould
• Ideate, report and review monthly promotional campaigns or events to achieve brand-building objectives
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, finance, and management team to deliver product performance and brand goals
• Occasional B2B marketing duties may be assigned

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or equivalent
• Proven knowledge of marketing campaigns, techniques and principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ideally with entrepreneurial, tech, agency, or startup experience
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and ability to speak to cross-generations
• Creativity and commercial awareness of Southeast Asian markets
• A team player with an outcome-oriented approach
