Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for solving technical business solution needs of partner and/or end

user by providing presales support in the following areas:-

o Presentation

o Demo

o POC

o proposal writing

o compliance table

o Statement of Work (SOW)

o Training/Product Enablement

• Develop working proficiency and obtain certifications on assigned products and technologies

through self-directed and formal training

• Responsible for conducting hands-on POC independently

• Independently present vendor’s solution to partners and end-users

• Provide updates and trainings to partners and end-users when required

• Collaborate, work closely and support product managers and channel account managers, in

bringing opportunities to closure

• Provide timely and accurate reporting

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT network and Cybersecurity domain

• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment

• Process good analytical, communication, interpersonal and personal skill

• Good attitude with willingness to learn

• Demonstrate high level of independence

Other Information:

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri

• Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos
• Prepare and update price list
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

JOB SUMMARY

• The Head, Wealth Marketing & Marketing Strategy, WRB will support the development of Wealth Solutions marketing in the global Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) business and drive the development of a cohesive marketing strategy for WRB marketing. This role is critical in positioning marketing as a strategic function within the bank, aligning marketing objectives with business goals, and embedding data-driven decision-making across all initiatives. The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives that amplify the Bank’s awareness and consideration, elevate brand value and drive business growth, while leveraging advanced Martech solutions to enable precision in campaign execution and analytics, enhance efficiency through process automation, and build a culture of continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL

• Using all elements of the marketing mix, analysis, measurement as required to develop, deliver and demonstrate the performance and value of marketing activity and ultimately its contribution to the Bank’s results.
• Provide leadership, outstanding stakeholder management and extensive knowledge, experience and skills in driving marketing of Wealth Solutions using the whole marketing mix, targeting all HNW segments, in multiple international markets in Asia and the Middle East.
• Shape a unified vision for WRB’s global marketing strategy that aligns with WRB business ambitions and the broader WRB strategy, promoting marketing as a pivotal function within the bank.
• Develop a data-driven marketing framework that uses analytics and insights to guide decision-making, resource allocation, and campaign performance measurement.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to ensure marketing transformation initiatives integrate with broader digital and business transformation programs, reinforcing marketing’s strategic importance within the bank.
• Lead the global marketing strategy and transformation function, ensuring alignment with the bank’s objectives.
