As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market reach. Your role will require a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on sales execution.

Your main target audience will be companies in the construction industry. We also offer a wide range of services such as renovation and business loans, all of which contribute to your commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and untapped customer segments through research and networking.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and manage the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective delivery of services.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on sales performance and business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.

Able to handle On-Site Sales and Retail Operations.

Requirements:

Must be able to work night shift and split shift

Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Job Requirements

1) Have at least 3 years relevant experience in Singapore

2) Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees

3) Must be knowledgeable about vegetables and fruits from various countries and states

4) Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of vegetables and fruits

5) Need to train staff assistant

6) Be able to identify sales trends

7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.
