Summary

STERIS is recruiting for a Marketing Director Asia to be based in Singapore, as one of the APAC Healthcare Leadership Team in the region. Reporting into VP & Managing Director APAC Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution across the Asia region (excluding China and ANZ). You will be developing and implementing multi-channel and multi product portfolio marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and generate sales/profits to meet the short-term and long-term business objectives.

What You’ll Do as the Marketing Director Asia

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and Executing Regional Marketing Plans aligned with the short-term and long-term business strategy and goals.
• Collaborating with Business Units (HQ) , Business Leaders, commercial team, in each of the country / region responsible to drive business outcomes.
• Overseeing Marketing budgets and ensuring effective resources allocations.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPI) and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
• Building Brand Awareness: Develop and execute plans to increase brand visibility and credibility across the Asia region.
• Driving Demand Generations: Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and conversations.
• Managing Agency Relationship: Oversee Relationship with external agencies, including creative, media and digital partners.
• Leading the entire Marketing Team Asia, including but not limited to enabling, empowering, coaching, development, etc.
