Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends
• Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized marketing efforts
• Manage customer feedback from various channels and use insights to improve campaign performance
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Technical knowledge or experiences in using Meta Business Suite, HubSpot (any CMS systems), MailChimp/ Clevertap (others EDM systems) and Wordpress or relevant systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

Job Scope

• Assist the Marketing Director in all digital marketing tasks.
• Develop and execute strategies to help build and grow the followers across all of the company’s social media platforms.
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure the company's website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
• Oversee the company's online social media platforms, manage and schedule create assets to be posted on different platforms, ensuring regular updates of the latest promotions and information.
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing and effective creatives for digital media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, videos, and presentations based on team’s direction and brief.
• Assist in content creation and copywriting for all of the company’s social media platforms.
• Manage and work with external vendors and temp staff on all marketing campaigns (TikTok, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Class Dojo, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, LinkedIn, and etc.)
• Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through DMs on all platforms, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
• Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experiences (Preferably worked as Social media executive / Graphic designer cum social media marketing etc.)
• Proficiency and experience in content creation and project management for digital marketing is a plus point.
• Experience with Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working days: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
• Working Hour: 10.20am – 7.20pm (weekdays)
• Working hour: 8.30am - 6.30pm (weekends)
• Work Location: In person at Tiong Bahru office.
