1. Plan and coordinate the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans for Lotus Vegetarian Singapore, including media relations, sponsorships, and digital marketing efforts.

2. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok), develop engaging monitor performance, and propose strategies for improvement.

3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on all social media accounts.

4. Manage and update point-of-sale systems and 3rd party delivery vendors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Collaborate closely with Senior Brand Manager on the implementation of key marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on brand development, lead generation, and client retention within the construction industry.
• Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring that all marketing materials and communications are consistent and reflect the company's core values, vision, and expertise.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the construction sector.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to promote services, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, direct mail, and event marketing (trade shows, industry events, etc.).
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital marketing, content creation, and strategic partnerships. Implement strategies to nurture relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing and has been in a leadership role, ideally within the construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction and building industry, including trends, regulations, and customer behavior.
• Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals

· Promote agency products to customers including Architects, Designers and Consultants

· Manage and oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts

· Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

· Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and support sales initiatives

· Ensure that customers get the product engineering support during design stage and follow through till completion and meet customer satisfaction

· Provide feedback to Manufacturers and Suppliers any concerns about product quality and after sales support, so as to achieve optimum customer satisfaction

· Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy

· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs

· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations

Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing / Business Administration

· Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
