Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Global and Regional New Product Development (NPD)

-Support the Group Marketing Manager in developing new products, primarily in laundry care, personal hygiene, household products, and nutrition lines.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting market research and gathering insights from local markets.

Drafting New Product Marketing briefs to meet markets requirements, marketing goals, and compliance requirements for target markets.

Job Summary

The regional marketing manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the assigned business units in CASAJ region. This role will also be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns within the CASAJ region. The role requires strong collaboration between internal stakeholders as well as key opinion leaders to develop and execute product launches.
