Job Description

1) Liaise between suppliers, different sales sites, customers and factories.

2) Work closely with the design and engineering team of suppliers , customers and internal design centre in Japan and factories in Japan and Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing mining companies and suppliers across various categories.
• Oversee procurement of imported Iron Ore and other related commodities.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within the iron ore sector.
• Collect and analyze market data on Iron Ore to inform business decisions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to expand the supplier base for Iron Ore.
• Collaborate with the Iron Ore sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, providing insights to the research team for trading strategy development.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Coordinate with sales and freight teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in international trade, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in trade operations, particularly in the import and export of commodities. Overseas work experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Iron Ore procurement, sales, and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Proven experience in commodity procurement.
• Able to work under pressure with a positive, flexible attitude.
• Honest, with a strong ethical approach to work.
• Excellent communication skill.

• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to maximize the sales and product focuses

Fleek Salon is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience.
