• Coordinate with factories in Japan, Thailand, India, and China.
• Work with Japan headquarters to provide updates on sales forecasts and budget reports.
• Prepare technical product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel for project alignment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of equipment sales experience in a similar industry.
• Solid technical knowledge of Plastic Injection Machines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward embracing new challenges.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A valid Class 3 driving license.

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
