Your background

The Service business is acting on HVAC, Fire Protection & Refrigeration solutions to deliver maintenance and retrofit services to a wide range of applications for Merchant vessels, Cruise, Offshore, Passenger, Navy and Coast Guard.

As Sales Account Manager, you will build relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. Services and supports existing customer accounts in assigned local geographic area, with a limited sales target or quota.

How You Will Do It:

• You will be responsible for expanding after-sales services (parts and services sales) for HVAC systems & Fire solutions to commercial ship owners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• This is a Hunter role, where you will leverage from our installed base to identify and engage potential customers, end users, and influencers. Collaborate with Services support team to grow after sales offerings
