Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and track comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Develop marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry data to continuously improve marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Management:

• Design, plan, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Oversee and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on brand and meet business goals.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop content for campaigns, including advertisements, social media posts, and email marketing.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Optimize digital channels for maximum performance, targeting the right audience segments.

4. Brand Management:

5. Budgeting and Reporting:

• Manage and allocate the marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.

6. Public Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Market Research and Consumer Insights:

• Use insights to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Take charge and conceptualise marketing proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
