We are looking for an Operations Manager (Sales and Procurement) who will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales and procurement efforts of the organization
• Manage sales team to identify and pursue and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Liaison works and negotations with stakeholders such as factories, suppliers, foreign buyers etc.
  Assist with general invoicing and quotation works
• Assist with management of team of workers in efforts to do waste collection, distribution, allocation, shipping and managing factory equipment
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across sales and procurement functions
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs
• Ensure all operations adhere to relevant environmental regulations and industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, with a focus on sales and procurement within the waste management or recycling industry
• Possess knowledge, experience or existing network to export processed waste materials
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sustainability practices in waste management

The Role:

• B2B sales to Hospitality and Education sectors for Pro Audio Solutions in Large Venues like Theater, Auditorium, etc.
• Generate new opportunities to closing.
• Work closely with renowned Audio partners and in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.
• Present and submit weekly sales report
• Assist in Managing partners (Manufacturers) for Audio solutions and related solutions.
• Source and secure partnerships for Audio related solutions to increase the breadth of solutions to the same customer

What are we looking for?

• Experience in B2B sales with good sales track record
