Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives. This versatile position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including online campaign management, managing our social media presence, and driving the creation of compelling content. You will be instrumental in strategizing and executing our digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital and Performance Marketing: Manage the company's entire digital presence, including the website and social media platforms. Lead digital campaigns across various channels.
• Lead Tracking and Management: Implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze trends, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Content Creation: Lead content ideation and creation for various digital marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B TECH marketing (minimum 1 year), with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in HubSpot beyond email marketing, including campaign management, workflow automation, and lead tracking.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with online campaign tools, such as Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
• A creative thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Hands-on experience with B2C social media platforms, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies
• Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
• Strong skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in Marketing or a relevant field

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ideation, development and implementation of marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns to strengthen branding and drive revenue for Goodwood Park Hotel, encompassing rooms, F&B establishments as well as meeting and event facilities.
• Manage the brand marketing projects and tactical campaign executions by the marketing communications team members.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to review business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for establishing, planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Leverage collaborations with external business partners to enhance marketing outreach.
• Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation in owned marketing assets, paid media channels and partner platforms.
• Craft and proofread content for marketing communications efforts.
• Work with appointed PR agency to schedule and conduct media engagement activities to generate editorial opportunities and maximise coverage.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and budgeting for the marketing communications needs.
• Assist in analysis reports of campaigns and making recommendations on strategies and tactics to address level of effectiveness.
• Work with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualisation and development of marketing materials.
• Supervise media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews.
• Plan and manage internal photography or videography requirements.
• Assess recommendation for sponsorship or collaboration requests.
• Provide adhoc administrative support to the department, as and when required.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communication.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality, travel or F&B industry.
• Excellent command of English with proficiency in Chinese language.
• A self-starter and strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Meticulous and organised.
• Good numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
