• Manage and grow customer base on the assigned product range and territories (Singapore).
• Prospecting sales visits and regular follow-ups to establish rapport and customer relationship
• Offer commercial and technical proposals or quotations according to technical specifications and customer requirements

Requirements:

• Strong learning curves in upgrading technical knowledge
• Regional travelling is required
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Possess own car (car allowance provided)

The Purpose –

The B2B Product Marketing will be closely working with HQ team to own and be responsible for the entire Go to Market strategy for the segment, planning and driving activities from product launches to channel / retail programs and branding campaigns. This role will be a key to drive growth within the business segments within the systems division and increase overall ASUS brand share.

The Responsibilities –

• Work closely with ASUS HQ and the BDM to develop end to end of B2B marketing strategy and implement them
• Establish brand awareness and preference within the market by defining product & brand positioning. Work with internal stakeholders (HQ and local teams) to implement global marketing direction as well as develop local value proposition/messaging for product line up in respective target markets.
• Work with digital and PR marketing teams to plan and drive new product launches and sustain the momentum through always on marketing activities.
• Plan and execute co-marketing and in-store activities to increase brand share through Asus direct and partner channels.
• Identify suitable events (tradeshows, industry exhibitions, strategic alliance partner events and ASUS led events etc.) to participate in and to drive brand awareness and engage with end user community.
• Work with head of marketing for budget plan submissions, reporting and tracking of all activities.

The Requirements –

• 5+ years of marketing experience within the IT / Tech industry (essential).
• Good understanding of IT and consumer Tech Industry trends and landscape.
• Ability to simplify complex technology and communicate that message to market.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will assist the team leader with the execution of marketing strategy across all digital channels that includes Meta, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest and EDMs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage marketing campaigns that are designed to drive key company KPIs in our key markets across the region (Singapore and Australia). You will also be responsible for reporting on the performance of these campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Implement a full Digital Marketing Funnel across the business units
• Assist the Team Lead & Senior Management to develop an overall digital marketing strategy
• Set up and maintain conversion / pixel / event tracking on website and platforms, and ensure the data is accurate
• Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and adjust spend across different ad platforms based on the insights
• Maintain a list of learnings including the A/B test results
• Provide suggestions to content team (on a weekly basis - based on the reporting and learnings found)
• Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Achieve the ROAS and CPS targets of each business entity - and continually drive to improve these
• Provide suggestions to improve the website conversion rate. This may include UI/UX, content or features that you think would improve the conversion rate of your ads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing specialize in Google/Meta
• Detail oriented and meticulous individual
• Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads
• Able to multitask and work under pressure and possess excellent writing and analytical skills.
