Job Description

Strategic Marketing Development:

• Develop trade and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategies.
• Lead market penetration efforts for new product launches using multi-channel marketing approaches.

Sales & Marketing Communications:

• Conceptualize and develop effective sales and marketing communication materials (both still and motion graphics).
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of media platforms, including websites and social media.

Collaboration & Planning:

• Partner with sales and demand planning teams to ensure sales targets are met and forecast accuracy.
• Work collaboratively on new product development planning and launches.

Sales Performance & Business Reviews:

• Conduct business reviews with senior management and principals to align on objectives and ensure profitability.

Industry Representation:

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Marketing Skills: Successful product launches, multi-channel marketing strategies, and familiarity with design tools and digital platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding or adaptability to pharmaceutical products, regulations, and practices.
• Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and networking.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in market data analysis to create actionable strategies.
• Operational Skills: Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and achieving sales targets to drive profitability.
