Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the region (Europe & SEA)
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the region.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
Adjust sales strategies and tactics to respond to changing market conditions.
The Successful Applicant
- Preferred Degree holder and at least 3-4 years of experience in sales (more to hunting), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Preferably candidate experience in Wholesales Electronic Trading (Semiconductor)
- Knowledgeable with the Trade Electronics Components
- With strong client back base and ready to bring in clients
