Job Description:
As the Marketing Lead you will set and execute growth objectives to establish the firm as a leader in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. You will own the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns, with a focus on growing our brand’s presence in the crypto space.
You will lead the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for crypto-native audiences, with a focus on community engagement, thought leadership, and media relations. Your role will be pivotal in building a strong digital presence, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving social media engagement to support the firm's growth objectives.
You will also act as the core driver of our narrative, translating the firm's vision into compelling content, partnerships, and ecosystem-building initiatives. Collaborating closely with other teams, you will ensure seamless execution of marketing plans across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
● Set and deliver growth objectives by designing impactful multi-channel marketing strategies.
● Own and manage social media presence, particularly on Twitter.
● Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and user acquisition.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, media outlets, and ecosystem partners.
● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product launches, community initiatives, and strategic goals.
● Develop and execute media relations strategies, including press releases, media pitches, and securing features.
● Stay in touch with the crypto community, engaging in industry discussions and thought leadership.
Requirements:
● A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
●Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
● Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, DeFI, and RWAs.
● Active participation on crypto Twitter and familiarity with its dynamics.
● Expertise in brand building, campaign management, and social media strategy.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage media and ecosystem partners effectively.
● Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
● A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging written and visual content.
● Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading initiatives in a dynamic environment.
