Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably as a Manager in Sales - Technical/IT

   Establish and nurture positive business relations to foster long-term partnerships.
   
2. Proposal Preparation and Negotiation:Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate favorable deals on behalf of the company.

3. Sales Order Facilitation:Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Executive to facilitate the preparation of sales orders.
   Ensure proper documentation and seamless communication throughout the sales process.
   
4. Sales Reporting:Regularly prepare comprehensive sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager.
   Provide valuable insights and updates on sales activities and performance metrics.
   
5. Customer Database Management:Work in tandem with Customer Service to maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
   Input essential information such as names, designations, company details, and contact information.
   
6. Customer Care Program Support:Assist the Manager in monitoring customer satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns or complaints.
   Adapt strategies and approaches as necessary to meet evolving customer needs and expectations.
   
7. Market Intelligence Gathering:Gather pertinent information on customers, prospects, competitors, and market trends.
   Stay informed about industry developments and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
