Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Furniture) to oversee and execute key digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content creation, product listings, and customer engagement programs. A crucial part of this role is managing analytics and reporting to track performance, optimize campaigns, and align strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and have hands-on experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns and creating meaningful reports to demonstrate ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reward Program Creation: Develop and execute a customer reward program aimed at boosting customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
- Product Listings Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings on the company website and third-party B2B platforms. Ensure that all listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement B2B digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our furniture solutions to businesses in industries like corporate offices, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings. Optimize product listings, landing pages, and blog content for search engines.
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to generate leads and drive qualified traffic. Adjust bids, keywords, and ad copy based on performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms to track campaign performance. Provide regular reports on traffic, conversions, and overall marketing effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for blogs, product pages, email newsletters, and social media to educate and engage B2B customers.
- Website & Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media profiles to drive traffic, engage users, and effectively promote products and services.
- Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to ensure optimal ROI and efficiency.
- Industry Research: Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices. Research competitors and the B2B furniture market to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B or the furniture/interior design industry.
- Strong expertise in SEO and SEM, with hands-on experience running Google Ads, Bing Ads, and optimizing websites for search engines.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEM platforms to track and report on digital campaign performance.
- Ability to generate insights from data and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Experience with content creation, social media marketing, and product listing optimization on e-commerce or B2B platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and clear reports.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the furniture or interior design industries is a bonus.
